3. Food Orders & Pickup

At this time, Vindhya’s only offers pickup orders.
We do not provide delivery services through the website.
 

Customer Responsibilities

When placing an order (online or via calling):

• You must collect your order at the agreed pickup time

• You must check your order before leaving the premises
   

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices shown on menus or promotional material include taxes where applicable

• Prices may change without notice

• Payment is taken at the time of order or upon collection, depending on the method used

If online payments are enabled in future, secure payment providers (e.g., Wix Payments, Stripe, or Square) will be used.
 

5. Allergies & Dietary Information (Mandatory UK Requirement)

We take food safety seriously. However:

Customers with allergies or intolerances must inform us before ordering.

• Pickup orders cannot be cancelled after food preparation has started

• If the order cannot be fulfilled due to our fault

Refunds will not be given if:

• The customer changes their mind after preparation

• The customer orders the wrong item

• The customer fails to collect the order
